UDAAN PLAY SCHOOL - 2012-2013

Dear Parents,
                   You are requested to go through Following Terms and Conditions.  

• The Admission Fee paid for the session is non refundable.
• If the Admission of the Child is withdrawn in the middle of the session then you have to clear dues upto that Installment.
• If the child is taking admission in the middle of the session you have to pay fee since that Installment.
• If the Child remains absent for longer duration due to any reason then school will not adjust his/her fee for the Quarter.
• The Admission fee for the session of 2011-12 for Play Class & Nursery Class is 3000/- and KG-I & KG-II 3500/- and Class – 1st is 4000/-.
• You have to Pay Annual Fee for Activity Rs. 2000/- and Developmental Charges 500/-.
• The Tuition Fee is to be Paid in 4 Installment.

Tuition Fee For
Play Class	– 6600/-
Nursery Class	– 7200/-
KG-I	– 7600/-
KG-II	– 7600/-
Class – 1st	– 8000/-

• The Transportation Charges will be Charged as per Distance. It will be charged on monthly Basis. The van fee will be charged for 11 months.
• The Tuition Fee & Bus Fee is to be paid as per given date otherwise a fine of 10/- Per Day will be Charged.
• If the Admission of your child is withdrawn after 2nd Installment then you are liable to clear all 4th Installments.

Registration form can be downloaded from here and sent via post, addressed to The Principal, Udaan-The 7 Habits Play School, or submitted in person at the time of interview duly completed and along with a Demand Draft or Cash for Rs 75/- favoring “Udaan-The 7 Habits Play School, Indore”.
